Hey mama,

I’m Junia Fabien, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Let’s start with the real: I’m a mom of three—with an 18-year-old navigating adulthood, a 13-year-old finding her voice, and a very energetic 2-year-old reminding me daily that I’m not as young as I used to be. I’ve been through diapers, dances, and now—driver’s licenses. Life is full, chaotic, and beautiful in its own way.

For the past 18 years, I built my career in the restaurant and hospitality industry. I learned how to lead teams, manage crises, mentor others, and thrive under pressure. But after my third baby arrived—10 years after my last—I found myself back in the swirl of early motherhood, wondering how I could keep moving forward without burning out. I had goals. I had ambition. But I also had snack crumbs in my bra and Legos underfoot.

So, I got honest with myself: something had to shift.

And that’s how Rooted in Mommentum was born.
